Hi,

I'm looking for a tool or a method that would allow me
to add two letters to a small generic bitmap I'm using
as an icon in a TTree.

Imagine that the icon is something like a triangle or
a square. This icon will have a name attached to it and
I wanted to add the initial of that name to the icon
itself before drawing it in the tree.

For example:
+---+ for St Petersburg
Quote:
SP |
+---+

+---+ for New York
Quote:
NY |
+---+

+---+ for Paris
Quote:
PA |
+---+

Is this possible???

Thanks for any help.

Sincerely,
Steve JORDI

You just need to put the image into TBitmap graphics control and draw your
text on the canvas.

Ah? Ok it's as simple as that? Good.

I'll try this.
Thanks for your help.
