|
|
Dear People,
I downloaded the JBuilder Foundation IDE
I extracted it using Winzip
I clicked on the install icon and installed it
I tried to run my first applet:
I downloaded the library
I will be using from the internet and stored it at
C:Documents and Settings
In the IDE I clicked on
Tools
Configure
Configure Libraries
Required Libraries
Add
I saw a tree directory structure
Under "User Home" I highlighted "objectdraw"
OK
I clicked "next"
I clicked "finish"
I clicked on |FIle|New
I clicked on the "Web" icon for an Applet
OK
etc etc etc
When I try to run my first applet I get a
"package does not exist" error message
The package does exist, it is stored in the right place
and I configured it ok but still something is wrong !
HELP ! Thanks
Stan
