Hi.

I have to support that application that accesses Oracle (9) through the BDE.
Everything goes fine when my user is an Administrator connected to that
server. But when my user is not an administrator I get the message 'cannot
load an idapi...' with sqlora8.dll being the file in error.

My user cannot open the Oracle database when in BDEAdministration, still
getting the same error.

My user can access the database with SQLPlus.

I guess it is a security issue but which one. Everyone has been granted
full control over every file in the BDE directory. What else could be the
problem?
