Does anyone know of a hard copy reference book to Borland's
VCL?
Just starting with BCB, but finding stuff in the online reference
is not working for me, I still work better with hard copy.
Thanks in advance

On Amazon:
Sams Teach Yourself Borland C++ Builder 3 in 21 Days (Sams
Teach Yourself)
is a good start - yes it's an old version of BCB but still
valid.
Borland C++ Builder 6 Developer's Guide by Jarrod
Hollingworth, Bob Swart, Paul Gustavson, and Mark Cashman
carries on from this

Thanks Pete
I have the Teach yourself in 21 days. But like anything it can only
contain so much.
I'm hoping to find a VCL reference guide. One that lists about all
the component types, and their properties and methods.
A book that list something like EditBox has the following properties,
and the following methods, then explains what each is or does.
I know it has to be out there, "everyone" is using VCL, so they must have
learned it somewhere.
Thank you for your response

I learnt it by going through the help file with a form and
seeing what happened.
The BCB6 help file was pretty good at describing what
happened - especially if you ignore inherited properties.
I haven't seen a VCL book - but I guess that one would be
useful.
Perhaps I ought to write one and publish on LuLu
