Hi,

I just bought the C++ Builder 6 professional version. I already have the C++
Builder 6 personal version.

The following procedure works on my C++ Builder 6 personal version but it is
not working on my new professional version:

-I make sure all files are closed.
-On "File | Open", I double click on a C++ file (to open it) named
"generic.cpp".
-I am asked if I want to create a project in order to complie and run the
programm. I click "yes".
-I go to "Project | Add to Project...".
-In the "Add to project" dialog box, I pick a resource file, "generic.rc"
(same directory as the c++ file)
-Then I can compile the C++ file but I cannot "make" or "build" it.

I get error messages:

[RC Error] generic.r(1):
[RC] Fatal Error] generic.rc(1): Compile
[Linker Error] Unable to open file 'GENERIC.RES'

Thanks for any help!
