I need some extra licenses for some new programmers that I want to hire,
and we want to stick with D7 for now.

Is it possible?

Borland Germany for example is selling remainings.

Maybe other Borland branches will do it too.
You may even be able to save a lot of money.

You can buy SKUs for D2005, and just install your existing D7 for your new
developers.

You should definitely confirm this with Borland Sales first - it's
not valid with the standard license that I've seen.

I suggest for you to contact Borland sales. I knew someone who needed
Delphi 6, called Borland and he had to buy Delphi 7 but he got extra
CDs of Delphi 6. I am not sure how it works now, but you may try.

To be honest, I am not really sure whether he called Borland directly,
or called a reseller.

Wien.

Borland UK still sell, at normal pricing (those they were ages ago),
Delphi 7. Or at least, they are still on their web shop.
