Since the JBuilderX CVS integration with local repositories is broken,
I attempted to create a local CVS so I could at least version my own
source before checking it into the main development trunk.

Unfortunately, that does not work either. I attempted to create a
local repository both with an existing and a new directory, and both
times a dialog window pops up reporting "You don't have sufficient
rights to create the repository directory". Mind you, all local
directories are in my user home, and everything in there has
permissions set to 777 (rwxrwxrwx). (This is SuSE Linux 9 on a compaq
nx9010)

Why does this not work in JBX, while all these features functioned
perfectly well in JB9? I wanted to DOWNGRADE because of these feature
flaws, and I can't because Insite cannot get us the older version of
JBuilder. The Borland JBuilder support keeps sending me the automated
email and no one will help me with this issue, I would like to return
the product because I'd rather go back to Eclipse, whose CVS features
work for source (even if it does corrupt JAR files). Give me my $$
back OR give me a valid copy of JB9 and a valid license. This is
wrong for an IDE, especially coming from Borland!
