Hi,
I have an application which I split into two parts. One is a .dll and
the other is an .exe. The .exe contains the form and the .dll contains
the meat of the app.

When I don't build with runtime packages I have no problem. When I build
with runtime packages I get the problem. I didn't have the problem
before splitting the app but was still using runtime packages.

Problem:
1. I start the app and the form shows
2. I minimize and the form minimizes
3. I restore and the form restores
4. I minimize and the form minimizes
5. I restore and the form restores
6.!!! I minimize and the form doesn't minimize.
a. Focus goes away from the form
b. It doesn't remain on top (i.e. I can select other windows)
c. I can give it focus back and it operates fine
d. I can never minimize it
e. I can maximize it
f. I can close it
g. Codeguard reports no problems

I don't have the problem when I don't build with runtime packages. I am
only using BCB packages ... nothing added on.

I have written other simpler forms that call into the .dll and they
don't have this issue.

I also display an additional form from within the app (actually as many
as I want) and they all minimize fine.

I don't think it has to do with the runtime packages but rather with me
writing over something somewhere (which I thought Codeguard should catch).

I don't know where to begin troubleshooting this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks...
