When i'm starting delphi 8 architect it loads modules, and then it comes to
sth like "starting .NET services" and then appliction closes without any
error.

Any ideas?

I tried to reinstall it several times...
:(

I have .Net 1.1 + SDK + J# sdk... and almost all win xp updates ... and it
doesn't work :(

(av is off)

Did you install a component that has a license or nag splash screen?
If that happens during IDE launch, it can act like an exception.

I would suggest closing the IDE, and deleting this file:
C:Documents and Settings<username>local settingsapplication
dataBorlandBDS2.0ApplicationSettings.xml

This file is not deleted by the uninstall program because it is
seen as 'user data'.
