Guest Posted: Tue Jun 07, 2005 1:01 am    Post subject: D7 - Installshield express ble Never used ISE that came with D7 until I tried the other day. Complained of invalid serial # at start up. User name and serial number are blank in ISE start up splash screen immediately preceeding this error. Tried repairing and reinstalling without a fix. Anyone familiar with this problem and how to fix it?
