I am new to DBExpress and I am hoping to use this as a possible solution
instead of using ODBC and the BDE. My question is do I have to load the
client's Oracle drivers on my comptuer in order to VPN and connect to their
database or can I simply select the Oracle driver and then point to the
database name that has been defined in the TSANames.ora file?

Any experience anyone has had using DBExpress and Oracle (I think it is
version 8i) would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff
