Delphi 7 version 7.0 build 8.1 all service packs installed

Failure to connect: SQL Server Error: Environment variable INFORMIXSERVER

What is wrong?

Your client configuration looks to be incorrect. Use the 'Run Demo' that is
deleivered with Informix to verify that your client environment is correct.

Yes, I have done that. It's working correct.
( I used the ILogin Demo)

Have you used setnet32 to define your default server?

Got it working now. problem was on the server(discs crash)
