I have a problem with the debugger stopping at breakpoints that are not
really there. I have tried adding and removing the current breakpoint,
restarting jbuilder etc... Cant get rid of the problem. Any suggestions?

I think you can find those in your <project>.jpx.local file. If you
close JBuilder and edit that file by hand (BACK IT UP FIRST), you should
be able to clean up the problem.
I'd love to know how you managed to get those breakpoints into that
state, though. Can you reproduce it?

I've seen that as well. The breakpoints don't show in the editor, but they
do show in the breakpoint window.
