Debugging threads in JBuilder X

I am using JBuilder X Developer. I am trying to debug some threads and using the 'threads, call stacks and data view split pane' (as described in the online Help). The 'Show Current Thread Only' popup menu item is disabled when I right-click and the Show Current Frame option on the debugger toolbar is also disabled.

These could be helful and the Help says they are available in the Developer version. We are using Sun JDK 1.4.2.05.

Can anyone tell me how to use these features ?

I'm not 100% sure about that particular feature being in Developer
edition, but if it is...

It's a feature of OptimizeIt. Instead of Run or Debug, you have to
choose Optimize. And in your Run configuration, for Optimize, you need
to choose the "Thread Debugger".
