Hi ng,
I found serveral indexes named 'hind%' wich i'm supposed to drop with the
drop index statement
see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;290414 for
details.

Unfortunaltly the drop index statements returns an error since it cant find
the index.
Does anyone know anything about that problem, or does anyone know if i can
drop the indexes with a delete statment from the sysindexes and sysindexkeys
tables safely?

Thx,
Michael Sander

You might have to use Enterprise Manager (Design Table) to do this.
Meanwhile you should get the latest service packs, if you haven't already.

Thx Jim,
meanwhile I found the solution here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;293177

And shure we got the latest service packs:)

Doing this with Enterprise-Manger would be no solution as this is going to
be an automated update script for a couple of DBs.
