Delphi 2005 - linking .chm to file menu?

Hello,

I have been struggling with this issue for a couple of days now, and I
hope that someone here can answer my question.

I write Help documentation in RoboHelp for a program developed using
Delphi 2005. I recently switched from WinHelp to HTML Help (which
produces a single .chm file). The programmers that I work with were
able to link the .chm to the program, but no one knows the code to link
the .chm file directly to the Help menu [under Help > (companyname)
Help].

Does anyone know the proper code or procedure for linking the .chm
directly to the file menu?

Any information would be helpful.

You need to repost your question on the Borland news server to make
everybody see it and possibly answer your question, and BTW this
newsgroup do not officially exist, use group b.p.d.ide.general.
