The personal edition of Delphi 6 used to be availabile for free download from Borland, but not it doesn't seem to be there. Is it downloadable anywhere? (English edition) If not, what about Delphi 7 personal edition or an earlier version of Delphi? It was as buggy as Delphi 4 - which is to say, pretty buggy. You're better of using Delphi 5 personal (if such a thing existed). Or D7 if it exists.
