I just ran across the Bloodshed Dev-C++ source code butit's written in
Delphi 7. I only have Delphi 5 Enterprise. Is there any place I can still
download the free version of Delphi 7 so I can examine the source code I
have?
Thanks,

There never was a (legal) Delphi 7 Personal download. There was
for Delphi 6, but that's long gone.
To examine the source code, all you need is Notepad or any
text editor.
If you want to open the project in the IDE, I doubt Personal
would do you any good if the project was developed in Pro or
Enterprise.
If you're sure it's just Delphi components, and no third-party
components are referenced, you could get the latest trial
version of Delphi to examine it in the IDE.
