AFAIK, Delphi for .NET Developer's Guide
by XavierPacheco is the only book there is, up to date.

I think Marco Cantu has one coming in a similar timeframe, with a
preview chapter on his site.

I've read the free chapter, it was still work in progress, but pretty

That's Marco. He is an extremely good writer.

Can't recommend it, though, not yet,
as I am still waiting for my copy.

<SARCASM MODE ON>
Delphi programmers dont need no books.
Only VS.NET programmers need books.
That is why the book shops are full of C# and VS.NET books.
<SARCASM MODE OFF>

Seriously, that is one of the inevitable problems with
using a non-Bill-Gates product.

It's got nothing to do with Gates. There's no problem for example getting a
wide variety of Cold Fusion books, and Cold Fusion is Macromedia not MS.

The question is purely and simply size of market and therefore expected and
actual demand for a book. If the market was there a publisher would do it
and a seller would make the space on the shelves.

Hi mARCELO,

net?

There are several websites with Delphi articles and samples - check out
mine for example at http://www.drbob42.com, with monthly articles at
http://www.drbob42.com/examines

Also, Borland (and Borland learning/training partners) offer Delphi 8
for .NET Essentials and Delphi 8 ASP.NET Essentials training with
detailed courseware books, including hands-on exercises (with solutions
at the end of the manuals). Check your local Borland office/partner for
details...

I'm sure you could auction them here quickly enough.

Remember to sign it for extra value! <g>
