Can anyone recommend a Delphi HTTPS component (free or otherwise) that will
send a large XML file (UTF-Cool with a HTTP post command with content type
text/xml. It must use SSL/TSL with 128 bit encryption. It must work with a
basic or NTLM proxy and preferably other firewall types as well.

Thanks,

Dear Theo,

Clever Internet Suite version 3.3
http://clevercomponents.com/products/inetsuite/suitev3release.asp will do
the trick almost effortless.

All requested options are supported out of the box and does not require any
extra coding at all.

Try this compiled demo to see how it works
http://clevercomponents.com/demo/inetsuite/v33/FormPost.zip and
check corresponding article "Simulate Web Form Post Request" at
http://clevercomponents.com/products/inetsuite/demos/formpost.asp

Demo features the simplest case of HTTP POST but HTTPS with 128-bit SSL
encryption and with full support of NTLM proxy and any other standard
firewall types will work just fine.

Please see more details on Clever Internet Suite version 3.3 below:

The Clever Internet Suite v 3.2 allows you to download, upload and post the
Internet-resources asynchronously and obtain all related information without
interfering with main application processes. The set of e-mail components
can connect to mail servers via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) channel, send
emails with MIME encoded bodies and multiple file attachments.

Clever Internet Suite features:
- Multipart Multitreading Downloading
- Allows you to work by the secured channel (HTTPS) using SSL
- Ability of resuming broken or stopped downloads from where they left off
on both HTTP/HTTPS and FTP servers
- Advanced editor will help you to build HTTP requests directly from
Delphi/C++ Builder IDE at design-time
- Data compression while retrieving data
- Simulation web form POST requests
- Easy creation of the mail messages in any formats using either text or
html message source or both with support of included file attachments and
images linked to the html part of the message.
- Delphi and C++Builder demos code
- Full indexed help system
- Working with Internet cookies and much more ...

The shipping includes installations for Delphi 4, 5, 6 and 7 and
C++ Builder 4, 5 and 6.
