Here is what is going on. When we load a project and click on a form to load
it might load in 5 seconds or it might take 30 to 45 seconds. I currently
have everything loaded on a local PC. When I disable the network adapter, I
don't have the problem at all. So, I installed a network monitor and what's
going on are ARP requests. Is Delphi requesting these when it see's a
network or is something else going on?

This isn't really an installation issue so I'd recommend asking this
over in borland.public.delphi.ide. I'd guess that something in your
Environment Options or your Project Options is set to look for something
on a mapped network drive. However, the people in the ide group may
have additional suggestions.

Steve
