From what I understand, never! Delphi (and Kylix) is tied to the Intel
processor, not for any processor that may run Solaris.
So, for RAD tools, if it is Intel/AMD and Win32 then Delphi; if it is
Intel/AMD and Linux then Kylix; if it is any processor and any operating
system then JBuilder.

Borland had not announced any plans for a Solaris version of Delphi.
