Hi

I am trying to connect delphi 5 with the as400(v3r7 upwards).I have used the
ado and normal odbc connections but they are slow...Is there a dbexpress for
delphi 5??

I thought the freewaree driver at http://www.sawatzki.de/download.htm
was Delphi 5 and up, but it seems it's from Delphi 6 and up...

Some commercial ones:

- There is http://www.easycom-aura.com/us/delphi.asp
- There is http://www.systemobjects.com/HomeDelphi400.html, but if you
can get an old version 5...

There is also a DB2/Borland portal but as far as I know there is no
AS400 related material on that site. But you can alwyas check if that
has changed: http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/db2/zones/borland/
