I have the following problem
My Application reads it's data from several text files, depending on
language selected at the begining. Supported languages are French,
English and Dutch. When this application is run on computer wich
regional setting are set for Russian for example, all french accents
and so dissapear. When I put labels, they appear correct, but buttons,
radio buttons and check buttons simply depend on regional settings.
How can I solve this problem? I am Java developer, just evaluating
Delphi. Since Java is Unicode by design, I simply set locale for the
java process and everything is fine. Can this solution work on Delphi?
Regards
Niki
