Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Additional Information: The type initializer for "com.starbase.util.OSEnvironment" threw an exception." Why is this? At times I would get problem with a vcl component I have installed, and it would say that I need the component resintalled. I really do not know whether Borland's Quality control is deteriorating or the develepment engineers! I have Delphi5Pro. But vcl's are not shared. I made sure that vcls for D5 do not reside on the same folder as the ones used by D2005.
