Friend, are you asking us to write an application for you?
If you are a newbie to Delphi, may I suggest that you get over to Amazon
and pick up a Delphi Developers Guide or a copy of Mastering Delphi by
Marco Cantu's.

If you don't mind deploying the BDE, it gives you access to ODBC data
sources. I used this on a few different projects.
I have used mODBC without too many problems. It's open source, but I
don't have the link handy, so you will have to do a search.
Do a search for "Delphi ODBC" on Sourceforge.net. There are a couple
of free solutions there, but I haven't worked with any of them.
I hope this helps.
