Does anyone know of a surefire way of detecting a machine's proxy settings
when using an idHTTP component to talk to the 'net?

Plenty of hits on Google, the most common way seems to be picking IE
settings from the registry. However this won't work if the proxy option is
set to "use configuration script" (returns no proxy)

Any ideas?
