Hi,
How do i determine my bandwidth if i am created a tcp client using Indy's
TIdTCPClient?

You need to attempt to download something quite large (couple of MB
should be sufficient) from somewhere that has bandwidth that most
likely exceeds the bandwidth on the machine. By knowing how long this
takes you can then calculate the actual bandwidth.
This is, once again, those things that have no shortcut. The best you
can do is make an educated guess. However, this can be far from the
truth. The client might be running on a 100Mbps network but be
connected to the Internet with a 14.4kbps modem. This means that the
actual bandwidth is something closer to few kilobytes than the speed
of the local network in question.
Another thing to consider is that even though you might have high
bandwidth to some location, some other place might have much lower
bandwidth, and the actual bandwidth is only as high as the other party
is able to send to you - a network cable has two ends after all :)
