Well, the only thing that first comes to your eyes is that new VCL has much better support for Windows XP, in particular, support for Windows Common Controls v.6, and to be even more particular the VCL that came with BCB6 doesn't have *ANY* XP support. BCB6 has older Win32 header files that does not include new constants and function prototypes for WinXP.
