dear all,

if i have a VGA card with tv out capable, is it possible for me to set from
the one program to use (display) from tv out (tv) and the other program on
the monitor simulataneuosly

As long as the video card supports dual monitors. Usually the display
settings can be setup for something called dual view or span. Don't use
any mode called clone as that just copies the primary monitor signal to
the secondary one.

Look at Screen.MonitorCount. If it returns a number greater than 1, you
are able access the monitors using Screen.Monitors[n].
