Can someone let me know of any tutorials for using TLib/TDef. I have a
DLL that I want to use but no other information.

I have a set of pages dealing with using the compiler and tools from the
command line.
http://www.mulroy.org/howto.htm

Among the items mentioned are the librarian and the utility to create a
module definition file. I have never seen anything called "TDef".
