If so how can i disable dns lookup?
I made an app that use http as protocol and when it requests 8-9 times it
seems very slow .

Indy (and thus TIdHTTP) never resolves IP addresses, they are used as-is.
Even if it did perform a lookup, you cannot disable that, it is implemented
inside Indy's core and is involved automatically when needed.
