Two questions really. I'm making an ActiveX control and it will work
if I deploy and register the StdVCL40.DLL. However, is it legal to
sell this OCX and have the customer write a program that then has to
deploy the DLL to work? So WE are not the ones deploying the app, we
just sell an ActiveX that customers will use to write THEIR apps and
then they have to deploy and install the DLL.

Second, how can we not have to deploy the DLL? How can we incorporate
what we need that is being used out of the StdVCL40 file so we don't
have to distribute any Borland files? Thanks.
