The message appears when trying to compile a project even though I have always included these file in the runtime packages of my projects without problems. I'm using Delphi Personal on Win98SE and everything was working fine but appeared while programming my latest project. The same error now occurs even when I try to compile an older finished project which uses these runtime files. I've read and followed the Delphi help file instuctions and I've tried re-installing Delphi without success. Now I'm stuck.
