" I already complete desintalled BDS 2006 and all Microsoft components, cleaned the Register with CCleaner and reinstalled BDS 2006, but the failure dialogue always appears. I also manually modified the register by granting all rights on every keys containing BDS 2006 reference and run the RegAsm command on ....\BDS\4.0\Bin.*dll but that didn t solved the problem too.
