Thanks for updating the file. It looks good, except the category points are
not right. For every target that the participant has a valid entry for, he
gains 1 point - whether the entry wins or not.

Examples:
1) A Pascal entry is an automatic 9 points (because it is valid on all 8 CPU
targets + the Pascal target).
2) An IA32 entry is worth 8 points (it is valid on all CPU targets but not
the Pascal target).

Note that you can only get 1 point per target that you have an entry for, it
doesn't matter how many of your entries are valid for that target. Thus, the
most category points you can get is 9.

To correct the category points for the spreadsheet:
JOH 8
PLR 8
SHA 9
DKC 9
