If you know how it is build up, http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=DXF, you can open and read it in the usual way and draw the lines and so on a TCanvas. What do you want exactly ? I'd suggest starting by going to the Autodesk web site and downloading the current specification for the dfx format. The document has examples for reader code.
