A .dxf file is just a textfile.
If you know how it is build up, http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=DXF,
you can open and read it in the usual way and draw the lines and so on
a TCanvas.
What do you want exactly ?
Did you search for a component already ?

Hello Giorando,
This is something which I have a great deal of experience.
I'd suggest starting by going to the Autodesk web site and
downloading the current specification for the dfx format.
The document has examples for reader code.
