Whenever my application crashes it leaves my paradox table locked and then
gives me the error 'File is locked'. I tried exiting and going and deleting
PDOXUSERS.LCK but then I get an error that File is not found. So how do I
remove this lock on my file?

What version of Windows?

Are you running the app from within the IDE?

Shutting down the Delphi IDE and restarting it will normally unlock
the files.
