Hy,

i will make a form, where the form is always full-screen,
without border, allways over the desktop and behind any
programm ( a own desktop-system) . the tray-icon-style
is no problem. how can i make this ?

P.S.: Please no Active Desktop ideas, just the different to
AllwaysStayOnTop...

Posted this a couple of weeks or so ago:

AFAIK, there's no easy, clean way of doing this. An easy, hackish way of
doing it is to do
Form1.ParentWindow := GetDesktopWindow;
But this introduces a few other problems ...
