Hi,
I am trying to create a program that will fill in forms on a website.
Can someone point me in the direction that I should go?

Please provide more details. Are you trying to interact with the web
browser, or are you programming to the HTTP protocol directly? Which
component(s) are you using? What does the HTML form look like?

Something like the form fill button in the google toolbar. I have found
examples that will automatically log you on. I just need to fill in some
information on web forms.
