I need to make an automatic dial-up to the internet provider from an
application. At the purpose I use communication components (TPAPro,
open source) that have a variety of features.
But I have this problem:
If I try to dial-up in "synchronous" mode (as I should do, to wait for
the connection) I get the Windows error "peripheral already in use or
not properly configured".
Anyone can give me a reason for this?
Thank you.

it maybe possible that the callback event for the RAS api's is not
properly configed or maybe not even setup..
