On a Matrox dual monitor setting, after IDE startup the menu&toolbars is positioned vertically-halfway. Is there a way to fix it's position at the top of the screen, so that it stays there? And how do I tell the editor window to adjust to just below the toolbars, whaen asked to maximize?
