Hi,
How about making something like blogs.devcoDN.com public?
So every one relative to Delphi, JBuilder, Interbase ...could have a tech
blog on it.
That will provide a space to the developers to create useful content easily.
Just like blogs.msDN.com

I think there is an issue with legal culpability. If someone blogs
something libelous then DevCo can be held responsible for publishing it. I
remember there was a court case over here in the UK where someone prosecuted
an ISP for allowing a user to post comments about them on newsgroups  |
