CBuilder 5, Win2K system

What I want is to be able to display the resize handles of an object
the user clicks on at runtime. If they hold down the shift key and
click more than on object, each object needs to display the resize
handles.

Not crucial that the resize handles actually function (as in resizing),
though it would be nice if they did. ATM the main thing is to display
the object clicked on as selected. Drawing a rectangle around them or
changing the color is not really a viable option.

I am thinking there has to be an unpublished property of the handles
used at design time that can be used if I can only find out how.

Thanks in advance for any help that anyone can provide.
