i converted a pair of IP and Subnet Mask(192.168.0.1 and 255.255.255.0) to
TIdInAddr structure, then
InAddr_IP.S_un_b.s_b1 AND InAddr_Mask.S_un_b.s_b1
....
then combine the results to a new IP.
is it correct? is there API or function in Indy i can use?
