I'd like to make my own html elements category.
How can I do that?

You can right-click the tool palette and choose Add New Category and then
drag and drop some existing HTML elements there, if that is what you need.
If you want to create static code snippets to copy into the editor's text,
the best thing is the View, Templates dialog. If you need something more
extensive added to the tool palette specifically, see PaletteAPI.pas.

If you want to install new ASP.NET components into the IDE, I'd check for
help in one of the other newsgroups where the ASP.NET gurus might hang out.
