Hi every body,

I have installed Borland C++ Builder ( Ver 5.0 professional) on my Windows
2000, When I am logging as administrator, the Builder is working fine, but
when I am logging as another user (Power user) I am only able to start
Builder without any Component Palette and Components tabs. Any idea how can
I solve it ???

Thanks allot Sasha
