Hi,
I'm wondering, once JBuilder pops up a file I ask for search, how to know in
which jar that file is?

Thanks

The IDE's window title should show you the entire path
once you have opened the file.
Also, as of at least JBuilder 2005 (or JBuilder X?),
you can right-click on a file node in the Project
Pane (not applicable here) or on the open file's
tab in the Content Pane, choose the "Properties...",
select "File Information". The archive file is in
[] brackets.

Save time, search the archives:

Is it in Joi Ellis's Faq-O-Matic?

Finally, please send responses to the newsgroup only.
That means, do not send email directly to me.
Thank you.
