Hi, My boss want me to make a website like google maps. He has enough money,enough people, enough maps (paper and electricle). I really know how to start. I know something about Jsp ,Ajax, Eclipse,Tomcat. Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks in advance! Well, it's basically an AJAX style application. What you choose on the server side of things is up to you. You might get more information by asking this question in a web forum dedicated to web programming. I wouldnt be suprised if there's existing open source or freeware software that you can use. Of course, if all you're doing is using existing maps, google maps has a programming API that you can use to embed their maps in your web site.
