as to tie to tables of the Dataflex in the SQL SERVER 2000, equal one as it
is made in access ?

I believe Dataflex has the ability to export data to text files. Once you
have a text file, you can then import it into MSSQL with a DTS package.

But what necessary it is to have access the data I cannot matter therefore
has a system bringing up to date the Dataflex

If Dataflex has an import feature, then you could update the data in the
Dataflex database.
